A BSEE and MBA from Michigan State University provided Richard Seif an education combining engineering disciplines with business acumen to generate value for companies. A Senior Executive experience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology gave him a global outlook for competitiveness. Seif served 40 years with The Lincoln Electric Company, a Fortune 1000 manufacturer, world-renown for incentive management and unique business philosophies. 

He served in various Senior Management company positions: USA Sales, Marketing & Automation, Canadian Subsidiary CEO, and Lincoln Holdings Global Marketing and Product Development.  The welding industry touches virtually every business sector allowing for a complete understanding of how things are made, distributed, and serviced.  Working in diversified industries, multiple distribution channels, wide product development ranges, and global geography drove his broad view of value creation opportunities to enhance revenue and profits.

Seif uses a rare balance of creativity and left brain logic to capture winning formulas for all organizations with the sweet spot being $1 million to $100 million top line entities in the for-profit and not-for-profit arena. He has helped a variety of organizations produce competitive advantages for growth and teaches courses in marketing, product development, and global strategy at several Universities.
